What our thin crust is like

Crisp underneath, soft inside, with just enough chew. Thin does not mean cracker: a real New York base is sturdy enough to carry its toppings and flexible enough to fold lengthwise, which is how you eat it one-handed on the move. Low moisture mozzarella keeps the stretch without turning the base soggy.

Where to try it

Both shops serve it hot through the day: Charoen Krung Road in Bang Rak and Trok Saphan Yuan in the old town. Slices start at 79 THB at the shops, so the taste test is cheap.
